REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION
(For Students taking admission for the session 2026-27)
Prospectus and Registration Forms for admission to the academic session 2026-27 will be available from 8 December 2025.
Procedure for Registration and Admission:
- Admission to Nursery will be based on seat availability. The minimum age for admission to Class Nursery as on April 1, 2026, is 3 years & above.
- Admission to higher classes will be subject to the availability of seats.
- Prospectus and Registration forms will be available from the school office during office hours.
- The Registration Form duly filled in must be submitted in the school office according to the instructions given by the office.
- Submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
- The Date of Birth recorded in the submitted Birth Certificates will be treated as final. No changes will be allowed thereafter.
- The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- A list of selected students will be put up on the notice board.
NEW ADMISSION RULES & FEE GUIDELINES
- The composite fee must be paid in advance as per the schedule mentioned in the fee book and must be deposited on or before the 10th of the designated fee months.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The school will not issue reminders for fee payment. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure timely payment.
- If the fee remains unpaid after the 7th of the following month, the student’s name will be struck off the school rolls.
- Re-admission, if approved, will be subject to:
- seat availability
- clearance of all outstanding dues, and
- payment of re-admission charges, as applicable.
- The Composite Annual Fee for 2026–27 for existing students is payable strictly as per the fee schedule mentioned in the fee book. The school follows a differential fee structure across various classes.
Registration charges, ICSE and ISC examination charges will be payable as and when determined by the Council and the Convener (applicable for Board classes).
For optional co-curricular or extracurricular activities—including but not limited to Olympiads, competitions, excursions, educational trips, workshops, clubs and similar optional facilities—additional charges will apply. These charges are optional and not mandatory for all students.
